OMG! Actor Heath Ledger has died. An autopsy is scheduled for today. He may have died of a drug overdose. He was found naked, facedown on the floor at the foot of his bed. Pills were found near his body, but a definite cause is still unconfirmed. He was 28. Heath has a daughter, Matilda Rose, born in 2005 to his then-girlfriend, Michelle Williams. He and Michelle separated in 2007.
How sad. Totally unexpected. I liked him. He was a good actor. In fact Brokeback Mountain
is in my Netflix queue. Heath's last role is the Joker in the next Batman movie, The Dark Knight, due to open in July. The viewing experience of that movie will be sad.
My thoughts and prayers go out to Matilda, Michelle and the rest of Heath's family.
