Litte late in posting this, but just wanted to offer my 2 cents on the Daytime Emmy winners. Big surprises! Congrats to Genie Francis on her first Emmy! Really surprising it's only her first Emmy. Well deserved.
Also congrats to Rick Hearst.
Christian J. LeBlanc, wow, was hoping for a Tony Geary win.
Bryton McClure, definitely the underdog. Still surprised at that one.
Jen Landon, was hoping for Julie Marie Berman, Jen is a good actress too though, although she did just win last year.
A tie for best show was strange.
Constantine was a pretty weak musical guest too. I want Rick Springfield every year because he rocked last year.
The red carpet pre-emmy show wasn't too bad. I liked Chaundra's enthusiasm, but it was a bit much at times. My only gripe, too many commercials.
